Starting the New Year...

Today, I am starting a 3 week diet. I need to lose 8 – 10 pounds to reach my goal of 124 pounds. Anyone want to join me? (Pay no attention to my dusty scale... As you can see, it has not been used in a while.)


I am basically doing a LCHF Diet. Some days, I will chose to eat carbs, but mostly I plan to avoid carbs. My favorite score of information and encouragement is: Diet Doctor — Making Low Carb and Keto Simple

I plan to walk/run 8 to 10 miles a day.
