As I get closer to my goal weight, I am encouraged by the way my clothing are fitting. It feels so wonderful to fit into my clothing with ease.
Instead of eating, I like to wear something fun. I use clothing as a distraction; if I get hungry, I change my outfit instead of eating. It keeps me motivated to stick with my plan. Why not change your clothes three times a day instead of eat three meals a day?
I am not skinny or slender yet, but everyday I get a little bit closer to the lean slender self of my dreams.
You got to have a dream, if you don't have a dream, how you gonna have a dream come true!
