A Good Day Done

Snack:

For Dinner I ate:
  • 1 boiled eggs - 70 cal.
  • 1 cup cottage cheese - 240 cal. 
Snack:
  • 6 Grapes - 21 cal.


I am happy with this day. 😊

    I ran 1, walked 2.5 miles - burned about 270 Calories

    I have 2 weeks and 2 days left...
